Welcome to SO‑ME. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SO‑ME mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by SO‑ME App Ltd (“SO‑ME”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Eligibility

To use SO‑ME, you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

2. Your Account

To access personalized features, you must create an account using email or Google login. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

 

3. Use of the Service

SO‑ME is designed to help you discover fashion products you love by swiping, saving, and exploring from a range of brands and retailers.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
     

  • Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
     

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the platform.
     

  • Upload or transmit harmful or offensive content.
     

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

 

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Content

SO‑ME links to third-party products and retailers using affiliate networks. When you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission—at no cost to you.

We do not sell products directly and are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability, delivery, or customer service. Transactions are governed by the third-party retailer’s terms.

 

5. Competitions & Promotions

Occasionally, we may run competitions or promotional campaigns. Participation is subject to additional terms, which will be provided at the time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at our discretion.

 

6. User Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas to us, you agree we may use this input without compensation or restriction.
